Twice in the last month this company has stuffed up our delivery. Parcels I have ordered have not been delivered and I have had to spend hours on the phone and in person tracing them. I would not recommend this company AT ALL. The Albany branch is completely hopeless and the people on the phone for whom English is a second language are not helpful or sympathetic. I wish vendors would STOP using this pathetic excuse for a carrier.
I don't even want to give them one star....but even this review thing is stupid.
Very poor and unfriendly customer service. Refused to pick up our parcel and phoned to tell us that after they went to the wrong pick-up address. Very rude telephone manners, aggressive and not helpful at all. Did not apologise for their rude behaviour even after it was pointed out that they made the mistake.
They don't even deserve one star.
I have just encountered the rudest customer service in a long time! Lady at reception was extremely rude over the phone when I rang them yesterday and when I picked up my parcel today was extremely rude and unfriendly. I asked for assistance with parcel (heavy and large) when she grabbed it with such an attitude?!?!? What to do with such bad service???
