Received an SMS a delivery to my home is between 9am-5pm on a set date. Waited all day and no delivery showed up. Next morning I received another SMS a delivery is due between 9am-5pm, it is 1pm and still no show for delivery. Call the phone number and a recorded message their lines are too busy to take calls.
It is like we are under house arrest awaiting a delivery. It has disrupted 2 important days and still nothing arrived through the door. Very poor quality of service.
I have paid $30 for guaranteed delivery. I called them after one week to know where my post is? They told me their driver was at my place on last Friday at 1.35 Pm around. No one was there. I have put my work address & my work front desk is open 24/7 since we open building we never closed even on public holidays that desk is open. They told me we'll call you back in two hours. They called me after three hours to inform me that my package will deliver tomorrow.
Staff were so rude over the phone. One of them said i dont do that & transfer my call to someone else

My item has been sitting in their depot since the 22nd of may. I changed the delivery address on the 22nd before it was due to leave. Never got a call back as promised to let me know the new con note number and eta. Item still hadn't arrived on the 25th so I called again. Got put on hold for fifteen mins then bounced around to different departments before being assured it would arrive today (25th). Received a phone call to tell me that it wont get delivered until the 28th because I changed the delivery address! I changed it 3 days ago! I got sick of waiting and asked if I could pick up from their depot (around the corner from my work, where the address had been changed to). The answer was no. My item is out on a truck right now, not being delivered anywhere!!! The truck will return after business hours today to dump my freight back at the depot to sit there all weekend and hopefully make it here on monday! Not happy at all.
