Toll Ipec Road Express

Worst freight delivery ever.
I have had two deliveries from this company with clear instructions " leave in a safe place" they have both been left at the front gate in clear view of anyone that passes by. Clearly safe place is front verandah in the very least, these parcels are very expensive , so clearly I'm not happy at all.

I do not usually leave negative reviews as everyone makes mistakes however!!! I have had an item that needed to be redirected. Five phone calls to Toll customer service (very loose description) over 7 days and still no resolution. First the driver could not find the address and then the item was sent to the incorrect address and now is being sent back to sender. I keep getting told exactly the same thing each phone call and that I will be contacted either by sms or email with an update and resolution. Still waiting.

Apparently you can't ring the Bendigo office as it appears to be constantly engaged.

When I shop online in future I will make sure that the item is not going to be shipped by Toll. The hassle is not worth it.

Abosolutly Hopeless. Bendigo Depot wont even respond to their own people !! Seem to be unable to even deliver a package to their own collection point !! Very bad service, wont answer thier phone, wont do what they say they will. Avoid using them !!

My parcel has been sitting at their depot for 18 days and the lack of communication in sorting out why is absolutely pathetic. I have told the business I deal with that sends goods using toll that I refuse to do business with them if they continue to use toll.

Very poor service. No communication.
Parcel has been at depot for three days.
