Toll Priority Wollongong

Absoulutely terrible company to deal with .. Parcel tracker was saying out for delivery 4 days after parcel was sent .. Never delivered sent back to depot (for unknown reason apparently) .. no contact from depot .. i contacted the office was told my parcel was sent back to perth depot (once again unknown why) when it was in wollongong 5 days prior for delivery the items were originally was sent from melbourne .. Customer service with this company is appalling - telling me information totally different to what my parcel tracker has been showing I am still no further into finding where my parcels are 10 days after leaving depot for delivery and no contact from the company investergators that are suppose to let me know what has happened .. I have been put thru to 4 different people having to give my details every time frustrating and time wasting .. I will never buy anything again from any company that uses this TOLL .. Save yourself the stress

Sent me a sms to let me know package was on its way today, delivery man showed up an hour later, asked me my name then left package on step for me ( contact free) and was very polite and wished me a good day. Top service toll, thankyou.

This is nightmare of delivery company, 13 number waited for 35 minutes to try to locate my patcel that the useless delivery driver did not deliver to the person waiting at home all day.
No respect for customers.. I paid full prioritt delivery.. after 4 days of delays I have to pick the item from unaderra depot.. however I have not received a confirmation...
What a waste of time!
Dont use this toll company or refuse to buy if fhey are involved in the delivery
