Do not use this company for removals. It was the worst experience we have had.
Customer service is extremely rude. They seem to have no concept of who the client is.
They changed the moving date at the last minute pushing the move back three days causing great expense to re-organise time off work, real estate agents, carpet cleaners etc. They had absolutely no concern about doing this, expressing surprise that we couldn't sit around for days just waiting until they were ready to dictate to us how and when our move should take place.
