I just got home an hour ago it is 10.30 i was waiting at the depot in erseknville till 8.50 because when i got there at 6.30 they were too lazy to see if my order is at least on board and due to arrive there. The negative energy i felt was a sense that they or even the drivers could not be bothered to listen what i had to say zero empathy. So after waiting from 6.30 till 8.50 turns out they delivery was not on board and it is still in silverwater! I give up all hope trying to recieve it
Absolutely hopeless and they lie to you as well. No point complaining to anyone on the phone as they are all in Manilla, Philippines anyway. When I asked to be redirected to someone in Australia they just put me on hold until eventually I realised no one was going to answer and hung up. They expect you to wait around all day between 8am and 5pm and they think this is acceptable to everyone. I don't know why Telstra use them for delivery instead of Australia Post where at least you can pick a parcel up from you local post office. The worst service ever, Telstra and Toll together equals disaster. When you ring the Erskineville depot in NSW they redirect you to the Philippines as well!
Terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars - I would! The drivers have a total disregard for the consumers they deliver to - no attempts at delivery or notifying the customer (e.g. ringing a doorbell or knocking on a door). If I were to summarize Toll Priority's service in one word it would be : LAZY. Customers pay for Express Delivery for a reason, not so they have to wait days or have to drive to Erkineville to get their delivery in the promised time frame! RETAILERS - STOP USING TOLL, I would avoid buying from any online retailer that chooses this carrier from now on. I am a big online shopper and any experience with TOLL is always the worst.
This carrier has not even deserved 1 star. Goods I had ordered overseas arrived within 2 days at their hub in Erskineville. Then it took them 1 day to transport them to Brisbane Airport. To date, that is 16 days later, I have not received the goods, although the travelling distance from the Airport to my residence does not exceed 50kms. From their tracking number is evident that they cannot provide any information as to the whereabouts of my order. When challenged, they simply pass on the buck by blaming subcontractors for the non-delivery of my order.
