Bad customer service. They don’t make the orders as asked and when told they ask you to drive back to shop and give them the food back if you want a refund. A decent shop with good customer service would give a refund and also re cook the order for the inconvenience of ordering waiting then driving home only having to drive back to the shop because they make the order wrong. There roasts are not very healthy looking look at the picture of a roast I have bought from this shop.

Good salads, burgers and chips but the seafood has way to much batter on it, cant even taste the fish only oil and batter.

Best chips I've tasted on the coast, the closest I've come to classic English chippie chips mmmmmmm
