Used to take my Mazda 3 from regular services to Tom Kerr And will never go again.
Never left without paying big $$ and my last service caused more problems than it fixed. Had to go to back 3 times to fix an issue caused by the service, and after forgetting to order parts for over 3 weeks and contributing to the problem they were asking me to pay for the part and labour - they wanted me to pay for a fault they caused and admitted to! suffice to say at the end they didn't charge me.
The staff at the front desk are always very friendly but this good does not outweigh the rest in my opinion.
