Buying a new car should be a pleasant experience not a battle of wits leading to a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. When a salesman makes a promise and attempts to document the promise this should not be dismantled by management or extra's and accessories removed from the new car because management could or thought they had not made enough profit on the car.
A complaint to Mazda Australia was not successful and even the admission by the salesman was disregarded by management. Even after all these years the unpleasant experience is top of mind when driving past this car dealers location. Hopefully the culprits have moved on but are they creating similar problems somewhere else ?
