Tommo's Fish & Chippery

Waited 35 minutes for my order and it still hadn’t arrived. Priority seems to be given to phone orders and Uber Eats. Shocking customer service. Never again.

Decided to grab some lunch today as I’ve been here once before and loved it. The lady on the phone was the most rude, unfriendly service I have EVER received. The service once I got there was worse from her I can’t believe that’s how they treat their customers!
Not going again which is disappointing as the food is great.

Very unimpressed. Waited 40 minutes for one order of fish and chips before I ended up cancelling and going somewhere else - and that was with 4 people in the kitchen! No mention when ordering how long the wait would be either. Will not be going back.

The kids went crazy for the Calamari and Chips. Grilled Fish was nice. AAA

Love the Calamari here. Not a huge fan of the fish but everything else is yummy. Get the chicken salt.
