the only good thing l have to say about them is the staff were lovely people but ... my Color is a mix of yellow and white blonde and looks nothing like the photo l showed them of a single color. As for the cut, it was rushed, uneven and not really what l asked for either. And l can’t stand when they use straightening irons after asking for a straight blow dry - l can do that at home myself. For $350, l expected to walk out feeling a million dollars but felt deflated and broke. They did offer to fix my colour for me if l came back during the week but who’s got time for that in the week before Christmas. Very disappointed ??

I came in here last week for a cut and colour and walked out feeling happier then ever. All the girls were so down to earth and somehow made me feel like Id known them forever.

They have an offer that if you recommend a friend you both get $20 off I treated my boyfriend a haircut with Emma (he usually sees a barber.)This is the first time Taylors ever had comments on his hair cut. Its amazing! I love it and well both be back!
