i booked an appointment months ago for my engagement party. On the day of my appointment, i went in to double check everything was in order, to be told that they no longer had time for me. I am incredibly disappointed by how this was handled, i wasn't offered an apology, let alone another appointment.

It was lucky I even stopped in to check, or I would have shown up at my allocated time to be sent away.

Definitely do not recommend this salon. There are others in the area that are much more compassionate and helpful.

The girls at Toni and guy are lovely but I am devastated with my hair. It's uneven and nothing like I asked. For the price I paid I expected a premium service and it's far from what I got.
