Tried Toni&Guy in Bondi Junction for the first time recently, and I was pleasantly surprised! The team was lovely and welcoming, the salon spacious and stylish, and they worked my hair perfectly. Prices are in line with their premium approach, however it didnt feel too outrageous given level of service. It might have been because I came during off-peak hours, but the whole experience left me really relaxed.

Although the people at Toni & Guy in Bondi can be a little rude and you have to make a deposit before you book, they seem to be one of the only hairdressers I have gone to in many years that can cut and style my hair well. I have gotten very complicated styles there twice such as a blunt bob and also after that, getting them to soften it into loose curls and they always did a wonderful job. My only criticism is that they also push selling their products too much. They really are able to give you the haircut you want unlike many other hairdressers I have been to over the years.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The worst hair colour I have ever had. The staff that colour my hair was the highest level and most expensive in the salon. The staff was rude and dose not listen, I ask for sandy highlights and end up with orange strips. When I told the staff I wasnt happy, the staff's reply was.......what do you want me to do about it!!!!

I had my hair done at toni and guy bondi junction recently and i coulnt be more disappointed the staff i had which i was told was the most experienced and charged the most was running 30 min late i just sat there without even a apology then i was taken straight through to have my hair washed without a consult when i finally met that staff and told them what i wanted they didnt seem to care much and cut my hair i asked them not to remove to much lengh and i have been growing my hair for a while now they removed a good 6 inches or more of my hair and was staring at herself the whole time extreamly rude when i told them this is way to short and not what i asked for they said well your hair dosent suit you long and if your concerned about the length get hair extentions done i was shocked i called the salon back few days later to speak to the mangement who was extreamly rude and said this never happens our staffs would never do what the client dosent want and ...read more
