Probably the most disappointing treatment I've had. Staff was welcoming and cheery, but other staff I had was just going through the motions - pleasant enough, but too few communication skills. Half-hearted massage, nothing was explained to me, rock was overheated, then what should have been a special Shirodhara treatment, turned out to be just 3 seconds of oil poured onto head, a quick rub in then rushed into steam room where I burnt back of my legs as I sat above steam vent. All in all, a lot of money spent, for not a lot.
I am 32 weeks pregnant and my Husband organised for me to have the Mums to Be package at Tonic Spa. The whole experience was so nice from the moment I arrived and all the way through. Megan was so caring and nurturing towards me and my baby that I didn't want to leave. The Belly Pillows were great as I could lie on my stomach to have a massage which felt unreal. I loved the Shirodhara treatment which made me want to fall asleep- I don't seem to get much these days! I will definately be back after the birth and the best thing is that I can bring my baby with me for a Baby Massage after I have mine!
I went to Tonic Spa with my Bridal Party for my Hen's Day and it was exceptional. The service that we received from the moment we arrived was so warm and welcoming. The Therapist's were very professional and good at what they do. We all had Facials, Massages, Manicures & Pedicures and everything was fantastic. We were served lunch by the pool with refreshments which was delicious. I cannot recommend Tonic Spa highly enough as their attention to detail was outstanding! I will definately be back after my Honeymoon to treat myself and my Husband.
Wow! I had an amazing experience. My husband bought me a Gift Voucher for the 5 1/2 hour package which was incredible! The staff are lovely and so accomodating and the facilities are just beautiful. I had lunch by the pool which is so serene. I felt fantastic for weeks afterwards and will make it a yearly treat for myself.
