Under New Management - Worst Experience Ever. I have been a customer at this salon for 2 years when Charlotte was the senior stylist. Charlotte has deservingly moved on to greener pastures, but I went back anyway because they have my colours on file, how bad could it be? The answer was, the WORST experience I've ever had. The new stylist appears to be incredibly inexperienced, and the new owners have changed their tint colour range to NAK instead of Wella. I managed to get an appointment on a saturday afternoon when no one else was available. I booked online using the website the night before and was then called the next day to say they don't offer afternoon appointments and was made to move the time to a few hours earlier. When I arrived the hairdresser who was working on her own was friendly and did a good job with my hair. I usually have the exact same hairstyle (wash, blowdry and GHD finish) in a busy Brisbane CBD hairdresser and only been charged $80. Towards the end of my appointment the hairdresser's mother arrived and we discussed their plans to go to Indooroopilly after she finished my hair to look for a formal outfit for ...read more
