An absolute shameless liar. If you want someone coming into your home with that kind of attitude, you're braver than we are.

Lately, it's tonyWON'Tfixit but that's if you can get him to come.
If he doesn't want to do the job, or perhaps doesn't feel competent to do it - he just won't call you back.

I did use him once and his carpentry skills are good, but twice now he has let me down.

I'm fed up with people who behave in this manner. It's cowardly and rude. Surely it isn't so hard to simply say to the customer: I'm sorry, but I cannot help you with that particular job. OR more specifically: I don't do roof work, OR I don't have the experience to do that and would prefer that you contact someone more qualified eg .... (a builder, plumber or whatever). IT'S NOT HARD TO BE POLITE!!
