Tony's Spaghetti Bar

'Here at Tony's Spaghetti Bar, customers always come first.'
That is what is advertised on their website, however, sadly their chef nor service staff abide by this! Arrived over 30 mins late, order was wrong and when I called to try and get the correct order out to me, I was argued with that it's not what I ordered and told that the chef would send out a version of what they thought was correct, rather than what I wanted. It's been nearly an hour since then and the food STILL hasn't arrived. Absolutely appalling, will never order there again! Only reason I have given one star is that zero isn't an option
