Got my car repaired under insurance under a recommendation from a friend, when I came to pick it up noticed a small dent and scratch on the repaired panel. When I alerted the staff to this they said no worries we will sort it out, so I left the car to be fixed again. Next I get a phone call to tell me to pick up the car and that they aren't going to fix the damage they did and then they accused ME of damaging it, yeah plenty of integrity at this place. Take it to your insurance company they said. Even though suncorp paid for it they can't do anything about it as they are NOT a preferred suncorp repairer, and they knew this. So lesson learnt. Don't use Toombul road auto smash and use your insurance company preferred repairer. BE WARNED.

I am a lifetime guaranteed company with independent industry auditing , We pride ourselves on manufacturer specified repair procedures. We dont even use second hand parts . We work for our clients to carry out and guarantee quality workmanship and repairs . All my staff are qualified and have extra curricular training programs to futher their skills. These reviews are fraudulent and defaming . Honesty , Integrity , Security is our business motto . I dont appreciate being rubbished but i am happy to be critcised . Please take this into consideration choosing your next repairer .
