On 11 January 2017 at about 8 am approached behind the counter officer whom wasn't enthusiastic to help at all when asked what would be the fastet way to get to central. I just wanted to confirm before getting onto the train since I only had the time no other details had with me. He gave me incorrect information by taking his time looking into a pamphlets which could of given it to me.
Don't rely on the ToongabbieStation officer.
