Bought a car in April 10 and was promised that the registration would be done by them, now its September where my registration is due to renewal Toorak car sales haven't forwarded the papers to vicroads and when i called them all they do is promise to call me back the next day. Terrible service they wont look after you! I would go here again!
Have exactly the same situation as the above comment. My vehicle was purchased in April and rego still not transferred and ulltimately stamp duty collected by dealer and not paid to VicRoads. (maybe moneyis now in a term deposit?) All looking very dodgy at this stage. Stay away from these people
I have the same issue! I brought a car in March 2010 and didn't recieve my rego in February 2011 because they did not do the transfer of ownership. I am waiting on a call back as we speak...
Extremely bad practice as it seems to be happening to everyone. Not only that but when I enquired about the car on Carsales website the ad was immediately pulled and the quoted price was $1000 more than advertised on the website.
Everything about this place seems suspicious. Don't waste your time here.
