Toowong KIA

I took the car to service because the error message was on the screen. The guys did a service to the car. Could such a stupid thing be possible? I had just serviced the car. They gave it back without changing any filters and shamelessly charged $328. When I left the car in the morning, I told the man many times that I came not for service, but for the error light on the screen.

Had a horrible experience with salesman Jordan he was very rude with no customer service skills. Asked him what’s the difference in models and he replied with “I just said” sorry I didn’t hear you no need to be rude. When I was on the phone to check on the babysitter he said “say hi to motorama moorooka for me” accusing me of calling them whilst I was just trying to check on my kids. Also tried to give me 6months rego on the new carnival when all new Kia cars have 12 month rego it says on Kia website (luckily I’ve done my research) but he tried at first so beware he will try to rip you off if you haven’t done your research. Wasted 3 hours of our time he was rude inexperienced we were meant to see Andrew but he wasn’t available so was stuck with this rude man. Don’t recommend him don’t waste your time either! Took our Kia to this dealership for servicing and got it back damaged. No damage noted in the pre-inspection report but still claimed to not have damaged the vehicle. Showed clearly edited footage with obvious gaps in it to try to prove they didn't damage the vehicle. Nice try but you didn't convinvce anyone! Never use them (unless you want your vehicle damaged).

Took our Kia Seltos here for its first service on 22nd December. When picking up the car noticed: greasy fingerprints on the drivers side door, a greasy steering wheel and poorly applied tyre blackener. This has made us wonder whether the poor attention to detail on the smaller things is a reflection to the attention, or lack thereof, to the larger mechanical servicing.
Won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this service department.
