Toowong Smash Repairs

Beware of this dodgy store, had a small insurance job done there as they offer cheapest quote. Found a long scratch on the side of car when picked up the car, they denied it was not caused by them accordingly " their record book"!!!!???? I was not even acknowledged or sign for. Heard from other customer review as they seem out of business as phone got disconnected. Will tell anyone not to there if they still are.

I had work done on my car at Toowong Smash Repairs last week, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff were all courteous and efficient, it was finished within the timeframe quoted, and the end result was flawless, with amazing attention to detail! Very very pleased all round, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to anyone wanting a fantastic job done on their car.

Took my pride and joy to Toowong Smash Repairs for a small private (non-insurance) job and was guaranteed a quality job at quoting time. I proceeded with the repair and upon pickup I found the headlight had not been reinstalled properly and even worse the new paint was not properly color matched and blended with the rest of the car. I took it back and dealt directly with the management.They rectified the headlight issue but they refused to do anything about the mismatched paint.They said the only way to solve the issue would be to paint the whole side of the car so it all matches but didn't want to do that for nothing as it would cost them money. They then offered to go halves on the cost and they estimated on the spot that it would be around $700, so half of that would cost me about $350. I really don't have enough nice things to say about this business. I put my car in for repairs after it was damaged in two different incidents. I saw them to obtain a pricing and received a finalised quote back the same day. The quote was extremely competitive comapred to two similar businesses in the area. After I decided to go with them I was able to get it booked in within a week, and they advised that it would take a week for the repairs to be done. I dropped it off on a Tuesday morning and on the following Tuesday at lunch time I received a call to say that it would be ready at 4pm. The car was returned to me on time and to the quoted price. I can't fault the repairs, am so happy with the work that was done and in addition to that it was returned to me absolutely spotless inside and out. Beware of this place. the owner of the shop order second hand parts and tell u that it's brand new. Even after realizing they have ordered the wrong parts after 3 weeks they don't feel sorry and was even rude to me. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
