Deplorable- i own a dealership in Brisbane and sell a number of cars in toowoomba. Occassionally we need to rectify. The smart people at this place thought it would be fair to charge me 200 bux to look at a car ( not fix anything plus present a whole list. I had sent them work previously( must be new management) and all was good but now it seems grossly overcharging a an ongoing customer is good business sense- how will they be with you, whether they know you or not
