Negative!! (Have to put one star to be able to submit.)
Lodged a garment two months ago and have been chasing it for a month. Initially was given excuse that frontline (Covid) staff had inundated the business (in ACT?!?), but have since been unable to make any contact either in person or via phone or email with the outlet or owner. The automated system has been disabled.
Would prefer just to collect the garment and take it elsewhere but can't even do that. Although claiming to be a member of Dry Cleaners Institute of Australia they are not, so
no support there.
Do not use this business!!!
If I could give this service minus stars I would. Terrible service - the most unprofessional and rude owner I have dealt with. It took months to get my dry cleaning and then he abused me just for asking where it was. I recommend not using them as there are plenty of disappointed customers in Canberra so do your research first.
Outstanding service!
I dropped off a dress and pair of pants at Top Cat, and not only were they able to assist with the price as I am a student, they also repaired a button and hem on the pants at no extra cost. They thoroughly cleaned bleeding dye out of my delicate dress better than other dry cleaners had in the past, and they called to explain the possible risks. I'm very satisfied with the level of service and skill at Top Cat, and definitely recommend them!
