If I could give no stars I would. Please note This is for the car sales side of business only. We drove from Rye Vic about an hours drive, to look at a specific car and take for test drive. Had to walk into office after standing around car for over 5 minutes without any sign of service. Bloke didn't get up, introduce himself or anything, when we asked to take car for test drive, we were told we have to put down a deposit to be able to take car for a drive. Even though our $35000 car was parked outside. What a joke. So much for their slogan,
"We understand what customer service is all about!" Never before at any car yard have I been asked for money to take a car for a drive to decide if I want to buy it. Obviously don't want to sell the car!
Hi Hux666, your bad experience is sincerely regretful, however on this occasion, your dealing was with LJP Vehicle Traders who share our property and not Top Choice Motors. LJP V/T is in NO WAY associated with Top Choice Motors or Mechanical Repairs. We at Top Choice have pride in our customer service and are in the process of correcting your True Local review/complaint to the relevant party. We would be happy to look after you if your requirements are in vehicle maintenance or servicing. If you were given a business card on your inquiry, you would have found that you were dealing with LJP V/T and not Top Choice Motors. I can assure you that you would not receive that bad experience when dealing with Top Choice Motors or Mechanical.
