Trust me... TRY SOMEONE ELSE. Toptally agree with the rater below. Nice enough guy we dealt with but horrendous with the service. After two weeks of trying to get them out they finally came to quote and charged us $185 for the callout. Fine. But then after month of trying to get them to come out and actually fix the thing (as per the quote) and getting basically no response we finally had to call another provider. $185 down the darin. Thanks for nothing. Worst thing was, the guy that came out and actually fixed it told us that the original quote was wrong. We'd been told a particular part needed replacing but turned out that wasn't the case at all. He fixed it on the spot (no new part) and it's working a treat.

Reckon these guys need to change their name to match their service. Taken them a month an a half to fix my air con. They hardly answered any of my calls and would always immediatey jump to giving excuses before i had said anything, so they clearly realised they were in the wrong and yet still continued to do it and promising a day and time again and again and not showing up.

The owner Mr Fenech should also stop getting his friends and family to write unrealisitcally good reviews.

I had an unusual job that involved installing a Canadian ERV ventilation system to replace my old system, luckily I had sourced a same-model replacement as the company in Victoria that imported them had gone out of business. I rang three separate AC companies looking for assistance in installing the unit, in what was actually a pretty easy operation of a like-for-like replacement. Of course, this being Australia, people said they would ring you back and then never bothered to do so, either worried about installing something that wasn't Daikin or Panasonic, or just too rude to bother replying.

Friendly service, expert advice the staff really knew there products well, highly recommened to family and friends.

I found company to be punctual, profressional and eager to answer any questions that I had about my air conditioning unit and the installation. They were very honest in their advice and did not pressure me into getting more than I needed. I would recommend them to family and friends.
