I had a similar experience to Gary.
Bought a hybrid bike a while ago, originally things went well, came back a few weeks later and got some accessories for my bike.
Then had a creaky pedal that I had to keep bringing back to them to fix as it wasn't fixed properly previously, they finally fixed it and I thought all is good.

Purchased a brand new bike from these guys all where very helpful and friendly. I was very happy with my bike, went in a few times after and got great help and service.
