Do not use this place. Apparently their store policy includes not giving you back your things. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not waste your time or money going here.

I was recommended to come to them by Luv Bridal to identify whether or not a wedding dress fitted my sister correctly. They were supposed to provide an independent opinion, which they did not. We asked for their opinion as to whether the wedding dress fitted correctly (which it obviously didn't). They didn't examine it, simply saying 'it's a pretty dress'. During the short time I was in this store, before I left to find someone better, another customer entered to collect a garment. They shrugged theirs shoulders and told the lady to come back the following day. The lady seemed very upset about this saying her event was the following day, then slamming the door on her way out. The environment seemed disorganised and the floor had sewing pins scattered all over it. Massively overpriced and awful workmanship. Not to be trusted with any item of clothing.

Messed up the simple task of taking the hem up on a skirt. Terrible customer service.

Had to go back to store three times to get skirt fixed.
