I used them when I needed to translate some documents into English. I speak and write fluent Russian, having spent the first 8 years of my life there, and could have done it myself. However, documents needed to be translated be a NAATI certified translator, and the lady Alice Messerer needed to be instructed by myself on how to translate things and what certain words meant. She needed to make multiple corrections and did not even translate things properly. I do not recommend Top Level Russian Translation and recommend you use someone else.
