Was courteous but overcharged from quoted fee and didn't do EFTPOS when came to payment time despite confirming they had this payment method before arriving so I had to go and get cash. They didn't close drain cover when finished. Didn't provide receipt despite assurances they would send, and still haven't received it till this date.
Kurt turned up at short notice to clear a drain in Turramurra. He arrived at the time which he had indicated, did the work quickly and efficiently and at a minimum cost. He is friendly and lives in the area, which is always reassuring. I will happily use his services in the future.
Taps were leaking, hot water was rusty, mum was in a flap! i know says son what about calling the plumber on the yellow door tag that came in the mail?
first was the answering machine, oh bother says mum, but no worries, 5 Min's later friendly professional gent rings back how can i help? i'll be there in a flash... all fixed no fuss smiles all round. can you suggest a way to keep teenagers to shorter than 25 min showers? well i didn't say he could fix everything :) Thanks Kurt we are very happy!
Yes, I do have an answer for teenage showers. I have 4 sons, three of whom are teenagers and they love their showers. Weird. I put a water-proof timer in their shower room. They have to set it to a max of 4 minutes. I also installed a continuous flow gas hot water system. The â??masterâ??control is in my ensuite, so I just switch the hot water off when they go overboard!!! One frightening water bill sent me finding a solution. Itâ??s not until they will pay the utility bills that they will fully understand. Kurt, the plumber.
