If I can save just one person the frustration and disappointment whilst dealing with the service department here then I could go to sleep a little easier at night. Ford in general is a good company/car,it's just dodgy places like this that give them a bad name.

Got to be one of the most frustrating things I’ve been through. Had my van sit in their workshop for two weeks only to be given said van back with same problem(they said they fixed it). Although they did leave two, huge greasy handprints on the bonnet

Worse experience, I bought 2013 Ford Fiesta and pay 23000 upfront. I thought I will be relaxed now for next 4-5 years because its brand new. But now I am feeling it was my life's biggest mistake to buy ford vehicle from Torque Ford. It has transmission noises since I bought and has been attempted more than 10 times to fix issues and still not proper fixed. Also they rip of customer when they came for service. Many times I have been double charged for service, every time new excuse to make more money. I will never buy ford vehicle again and recommend to friends never buy ford vehicle from Torque ford North lakes. disappointed service

Horrible, disgusting service!! We bought a used Peugeot December 2014 (cost us just over $18,00 which was ALL our cash savings), after a few days the ABS, Anti Skid warning lights came on. We were told to take it to the nearest Peugeot dealer (3 hour round journey) to go through a diagnostic and it was found that the car had a damaged additive container, damaged inner wheel guard, damaged ABS sensor (which we were only told about after our 3rd diagnostic!!) and 15,000kms overdue for a service!!! We had to pay nearly $1000 straight away for a major service and Torque Ford REFUSED to pay for anything even though it was under 3 month stat warranty. After 3 very draining and emotional months and numerous phone calls and emails in which we were accused of hitting something we drove it back up to Torque Ford (an 8 hour round trip!!) and guess what.. they finally admitted that the additive container was NOT from impact damage but from wear and tear (the ...read more

Thank you very much for your feedback.

After all of our discussions that we have had I thought that we had resolved this. We were acting on the advice given to us by your local Peugeot dealer West Star Motors advising us that the cause was impact damage and as you are aware impact damage isn't covered by stat warranty. Maybe this is something you might be able to speak to your insurance company about?

You have my contact details and I have always been welcoming and understanding so please feel free to contact me as you have in the past.

Kind Regards Megan

Megan, No, you and I both know it was definitely NOT resolved. You of all people should know how extremely frustrating and unfair this has been to us. You have come to know us well over the last 3-4 months and you know how honest we have been. You also know that you cannot rely on the information West Star Motors gave you because they were WRONG with the additive container (they said it was from impact damage, we said it wasn't), we had to make the 8 hour round trip up to you guys at Torque Ford to prove our point! (you were there when they found that the additive container was damaged internally and NOT from impact damage) .... so how can you believe West Star Motors when they say that the other faults are from impact damage? One fault we know was definitely not from impact damage (fuel filler sensor) but Torque Ford still won't repair that! You of all people should know how upsetting this has been to us and how UNFAIR it is. You should put ...read more

I originally bought my Mazda 2 from this dealer 4 years ago. The car was one year old at the time and there was a small dint in the back door. I was assured that once the dint was fixed (which the dealer arranged) then the car would be fine. I purchased the vehicle and continued to have my vehicle serviced with this dealer under the dissolution of good service for 2 years. After moving states and never having an accident in the vehicle, I went to change the vehicle's registration. When obtaining a roadworthy I was informed that the vehicle's chassis was damaged a number of years ago and was incorrectly repaired - evident by the rust on the chassis. Repairs have cost me around $1300 - would not recommend.

Good Afternoon Caramello,

we pride ourselves on our customer service and would never sell a car that was a repairable write off. If you would be able to email me your details and your vehicle information so we can look into this further for you. [email protected]

Kind Regards
