Purchased a brand new car and found them to be ok but wait until your out of your warranty period or capped price servicing ! Pricing for servicing was really terrible !! Got quotes for less than half the price from multiple mechanics and even got a cheaper price from ski fleet Toyota for the same service ? I saved over $300 by shopping around.
We just bought a pre loved car from here. We found all of the staff to be very approachable. At one point, we could only go to talk to them as the store was closing, and they stayed behind after hours to help us. A glitch with the key,was handled wonderfully and so far we are very happy with our experience.
I have been going to Torque Toyota for 9 months and I won't be going again. The servicing is fine but there has been progressively more and more 'padding' and unneeded charges on the bill ie new tyres when the tyres were quite new and had plenty of life. Charging $600 for a new remote key but it doesn't function fully (starts the car remotely but doesn't start it in the key hole.).
