The ownership of this restaurant changed a few months ago, and it shows! The new owners are committed to making this Toscani's one of the best. The staff are friendly and efficient, the food is well presented and great value for money. We'll certainly be back, and we'll be recommending it to friends!
Went there for breakfast today, it was crap. Mushrooms were so salty they all but pickled the rest of the food. Complained to waitress, and asked her to taste the mushrooms, she refused, asked her to get the "COOK" to taste the mushrooms, he said that was not his job, then he said the waitress should have checked the meals before serving them. I then asked for "COOK" to come and talk to me, he refused, but still charged me full price for a bad meal. I will never eat there again, and will never recommend Toscani's to anybody.
Taste is extremely subjective, what you found to be overly salty someone else may have found perfect. If you were that rude on the day then I'm not surprised the CHEF didn't come to talk to you.
What a joke. Mate, I am a security guard with over twenty years of service in the entertainment industry. I pride myself on tipping good service and being polite. So polite in fact, if you ask the head of security at westfield he will tell you exactly who I am. Brian Anyos. The service was acceptible, I felt for your waitress, the FOOD WAS BAD. I should know, I am a well travelled person.
Thursday all you can eat pizza and pasta. Need I say more. The food is yum. It is there basic pizzas and pastas (understandably). Although if they tried a new dish every so often I would be more keen to come in at other times. Waiter service could be a little better but lucky for them the food is yum.
