After making three calls to confirm the attendance of a plumber to our property, (I was told on each occasion I would be called back but was not) I called on the day of the booking, an hour before they were to arrive. "Oh we were going to call you they said and let you know we couldn't come today." Whilst the receptionist is pleasant, their reliability is non existent.
