These guys are are very professional in what they do from the setup stage to finishing the job led by Mark and helper Bindi. They helped us with the bathroom and toilet design which suited us and even suggested some alternatives to consider. They took care of everything even organizing a temporary outdoor toilet for us. All stress free.Mark even showed us at different stages how the reno was progressing. They put in long hours to finish the job earlier than the given time frame. Very happy with the final result.Excellent job. Friendly and made us feel like we knew them for a while. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone.
Mark was very helpful and goes out of his way to help you. After finding his number in the local paper, and made a phone call, he was on my door step within half an hour. He made sure that i understood how he repaired the problem I had in my kitchen. His charges are very reasonable aswell..Iwould definetely call him out again.

we finally went ahead and renovated our bathroom using Total Bathroom Renovations. We were pleased with the end result. The bathroom came out like we hoped and we are very happy with everthing. The quality was good and the completion time was reasonable.

Asked to be paid in cash, quotes a toilet in our bathroom and we never got it, bathroom was completely redone and it started to fall apart within a month of completion, fittings weren’t fitted properly, grout in tiles in walls, shower and floor is all cracked and coming loose, during the renovation tools were stored in our lounge room and upon removal a power point fixture was pulled from the wall, we weren’t informed and have had to fix it out of pocket, contacted mark to fix the issues prior to taking the issue to VCAT
Tamara, I wanted to reply to you as we take great pride in our customer satisfaction. Firstly you have received receipts for all monies received so I am sure what you point about cash is. I gave you two quotes, one with a toilet as part of the renovation and the other without a toilet. To save money YOU chose the option without the toilet. There was no issue with the renovation in fact you wrote to me saying what a good job we did at the completion. It is unfortunate that you have now chosen to put a misleading review on line. You know as well as I that you have attempted to get out of paying the agreed amount agreed by threatening to put a negative review online. As I said in my reply to your email, I am sincerely happy to address any concerns you have, simply call me and I will make a time with you that suits you.
