Absolutely terrible. I didn't even get the chance to get in for a treatment. Paid in full for treatment the beginning of February 2012, then could not redeem voucher for it regardless of phone calls, emails etc. Ended up having to involve NSW Fair Trading!!! Now April and still waiting...no appointment, no calls, and cannot contact them through the portal I was instructed to use. :-(
I have had the same thing happen to me! I bought a voucher on Groupon in February and have tried to contact the centres in Bondi and Broadway. Noone has ever answered the phone or emails. I will be going to fair trading too. I tried calling Cudo and they haven't helped.
As a Cosmetic Injector in the area I would advise aginst the groupon deal this clinic is promoting. I had three ladies arrive at my clinic that had their appointment cancelled with Total Body at Erina. The treatment is prepaid and when the tried to get their money back were given the run around. Always read the fine print. Always ask what product is being used and how many units you are receiving.
I got the groupon deal also,i didnt have a problem getting an appointment, but the botox he gave was water im sure cause it did absolutley nothing, It took 4 times going back and telling him and showing him, then on the 4th time he got it uneven so that looked ridiculos and i had to cut fringe so u couldnt notice it as much. then the photo rejuvenation was a joke, the girl there just zapped me a couple of times took less than a minute to do the proceedure, from past experience it takes a lot longer than that. What a joke that place is, never would i go back. oh and they changed there number it no longer listed you have to actually go in there and get the receptionist mobile, and i actully had a phone call the other day from them to say that i had 1 more photo rejuvenation left on my deal and that they where closing down that if i wanted it i should make an appointment, but i said i wouldnt bother, I suggest going ASAP, they are out side of erina fair near bus stop & medical centre
Went in for botox on frown lines. Tried to sell me $800 worth of botox & fillers. Told me that if I just get what I wanted it would be like painting 1 wall of a room. You may not think the other rooms need it but when its done you realise how bad the rest is. Was running an hour late and decided to shuffle their appointments to get the quickest ones done first so I got bumped. Will NEVER go back.
