Total Car Care

Agree with the previous reviewer - Ludwig is very rude, anyway our nightmare - According to Auto Outlet Centre in Underwood, who are shonky in themselves, they have stated that it is not their fault or their responsibility but Total Car Care in Slacks Creek 's as to why 6 weeks down the line after purchasing a Ford Territory that broke down on the 9th May, as to why we still don’t have it back. We have been told they have no clue as to what is wrong with it, how to fix it and that they don’t have the adequate experience and knowledge to get this vehicle back on the road. This leaves us with one organisation blaming the other and with us having spent a fortune on a car that we don’t have. Certainly won’t be recommending either of these organisations, their incompetence is hard to believe, avoid, avoid, avoid.

If you want to save yourself money and time dont go to this horrible business! Had a problem with a accelerator sensor that could easily have been fixed in half an hour. He had my car for 5 days. Didnt fix the problem and said id have to come back to fix it but still charged me $400 for the "diagnosis" changing my wipers and air filter. When i called him after 4 days he was very rude. Just warning others so you dont have to go through the trouble i did.

called this company to get an email address for my partner to send through an inquiry as he works from 6am - 6pm and doesn't have the time to "call around", so i do it for him. when i asked the staff member if i could get their email address, the staff said, "what for?". i said "so my partner can send through an inquiry", all i got in reply was "get him to call me." i said he works all day and cannot, hence why i am calling. the staff was really rude so i said never mind, we'll go somewhere else, the staff said OK and i hung up.

I have been taking my car here for 5 years, always had great service. They have dlivered the most cost effective services and always to a good job and provide advice you can trust.Had my car serivced there recently, even with it being an old car I could feel a big improvement with it.

I have been taking my sons cars and my own to Total Car Care for 5 years. I wish to thank this business for their excellent service and kind support.They have just serviced my car yesterday and it is feeling like a new one!
