DO NOT USE this company, unprofessional company.
I was offered $300 for my car and asked if that was a definite, I was told yes.
A different employee rocked up and straight away said only give you under $100. When I argued this as wasting my time. I was told by them that they have to take my car. I hadn't signed anything so no one was going to take my car without permission.
Managed to get $150, because they couldn't 'sell' it.
The last straw was only giving my $140 cash as it was $10.00 GST. Which was NOT discussed. Useless.
If I had more energy I would report them to consumer affairs.
You'd be silly to use this company.
Unprofessional behaviour.
