our acer screen was smashed, so i just searched online for pc repair and called the number cos it got a few good reviews. I called on a Friday, we were quoting the new screen, he said he'd find out and call me back in 10min which he did, and ordered the screen when we agreed on a price, i dropped it off on the day, he also kept updating me by text, whats happening with with the screen that's been ordered, and dropped it off on the same day screen was delivered and repaired. He does pick up n drop off free of charge (probably inclusive in the price) my new screen does come with 1yr warranty including labor, just call him if anything which i think is a bonus
My dinosaur laptop was in need of attention. Actually, my biggest concern was losing all my precious university data and photos. A quick google search linked me to True Local and scrolling down Shaun's Ad was the nearest to me and I made my appointment. Within 24hrs Shaun was able to provide me with the advice I needed and was able to recover all my precious university work onto an external USB drive. I would highly recommend Shaun for being patient with my lackness of computer knowledge, recommending what I should do in terms of value for money and for being very prompt .
After ending our computer contract with another agency we were on the hunt for new IT personnel. I came across Shaun's add on True Local and made contact. Shaun was extremely prompt in organising a time to assess the businesses IT systems. Shaun has completed the requested work (quickly) and no doubt we will continue using Total Computer Repairs and Sales in the future for the ongoing maintenance of our systems! Thanks Shaun!
