I have been extremely unhappy with my experiences in dealing with TCT. They have been inflexible, unhelpful and a financial drain through choosing not to end a contract despite the fact that what they are providing does not do what the original sales rep told me it does. This resulted in me paying for something that I can't use for 15 months.
It would cost them nothing to close the contract, they have made a good chunk of money considering they have provided me nothing in exchange, but they instead choose to say it's my fault. ...read more

Your investment was also followed up by free NFR software licenses of the entire product suite and an on boarding session with our 3rd level engineer on 17 October 2014 to ensure the product was installed correctly and answers any questions that you had.
We presented a product that we believed suited your needs, you agreed, and signed a contract.
