Total Eco Clean

We have been using this service for awhile now 3hrs a fortnight saves our busy family a lot of time on the weekends.
Great communication from the owner and girls that she sends.
They are allways on time and professional.
We really trust them

These girls have been my cleaner for around 4 years.
Allways reliable and do a very through clean !
They also clean for a lot of my friends now

VERY poor service. Explained the job, she quoted. Turned up, made an excuse that there was another job around the corner and there was a baby about to sleep. She then texts via Facebook literally 2 minutes after leaving stating the jobs far to big and blocks me so I can't reply!

Interesting the other review states something similar and the only good review is from the owner herself!

Certainly wouldn't recommend, their professionalism is disgraceful to say the least!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would have!

Unfortunately the poor quality of their service is not the worst thing about this business. When given feedback the business owner became nasty and personal firstly directly via text messages and then in posts on their business Facebook page, including reposting internal images of our home without consent.

Never seen a business treat clients, even former clients in this way, truly a very bizarre experience.

I'm fairly certain the only other review is from the business owner giving themselves 5 stars and raving about how easy it is to deal with presumably themself. Read into that what you will!
