A little gloat...

I have written for publications such as Australian Women's Weekly cookbooks & Donna Hay 'Fresh & Light'. Have worked as a Food Stylist for Jamie Oliver, David Jones, Woolworths, Continental and many other big names and I also teach group classes at Essential Ingredient in Sydney and The Cook House here in the Gold Coast. Not to mention working as a Private Chef for 10 years on luxury yachts for some of the worlds biggest names in showbiz.
