Pilate's is a body conditioning method that uses isolated techniques to improve your strength, flexibility, particularly your posture without causing ANY strain and connecting your mind to body. The technique focuses on learning how to properly engage the abdominal and core musculature automatically correcting your imbalances and weaknesses. A Pilate's workout class will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated with every muscle having been stretched and strengthened.
