The man working talks very rudely for no reason. Not only that, he is also quite unknowledgeable and loosely making claims on behalf of ASUS (they are ASUS's authorised service centre in Melbourne) which are completely different from what is claimed on the company website. Avoid dealing with them if possible.
I'm terrified that what these scammers did to me will happen to others! I sent my computer in for a minor battery repair that was under warranty and after several weeks and numerous phone calls, Total Solutions have been found to have damaged my 6 month old laptop and tried to scam the cost of repairs! The manager was hard to get in contact with, rude to communicate with and refused to give his name or answer any of my questions. Another worker was caught lying about the damage to my computer before threatening to dispose of it without my permission! A nine week nightmare that has devastated my home based business! Not to be trusted!
My laptop was sent here under warranty. After almost 12 months of perfect use, the laptop suddenly switched off and would not charge or switch back on. Total Solution had it back to me 1 week after it was sent to them. Not data loss. Now works just the way it used to.
Terrible customer service - my laptop has been there for 3 weeks. I've called multiple times on two different days and received no answer! What sort of business doesn't answer their phone within operating hours?
Not only this but my laptop magically has more issues at the business than it did when I sent it (sent it for a malfunctioning screen - I've now been told the screen neither turns on and the touch screen doesn't work - both of which were fine when I sent it).
Despite being under warranty I have to pay for a screen replacement, without them being able to prove where the screen is broken, just that it must be my fault. Terrible service. Would never recommend. Would be easier to buy a new laptop rather than deal with this business. ...read more
