I went into The store today to get a extention on my sons layby and the owner didnt want to discuss it, He was very rude and disrespectful and it ended in a argument. and the owner getting in my sons face. I left feeling very angry and belittled as i work in retail myself. My son had payed $90 off his layby and was told no refund until he pays the whole layby off, which makes no sense at all. I will never step foot in that store again
