Total Waste Disposal

I ordered a 3 cubic metre skip bin form this dodgie company and they delivered the skip bin but there big truck reversed on my driveway and damaged a big part of my driveway which I told them when I ordered the skip bin that the truck is not allowed to drive up my driveway because of the size and weight of the truck but they did not care and damaged my driveway. This was when they dropped off the skip bin, then when it came time to picking up the skip bin I called the company in the morning and told them that I did not want the truck to come on my driveway because of what occurred when they dropped it off and when it came time to picking up the skip bin I made sure I told the receptionist again that I did not want the truck to come on my driveway and she responded that she will inform the driver of the truck not to drive on the driveway with there truck and when it came time later that afternoon for the truck to come and pick up the skip bin the truck ...read more

PENDING MODERATION
We ordered a bin for a weekend as we are doing renovations to our backyard. We have a very small driveway and the bin took up one side blocking entrance into our garage for our 2nd car. This did not bother us a we had pickup booked in for 3 days later.......1.5 weeks later and the bin still has not been collected. We have contacted the company on numerous occasions to which the receptionist did not give a hoot and basically said it will be collected when it is collected. The receptionist was very very rude upon speaking to my husband. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Who knows when this bin is going to get collected..........

I ordered a skip bin for delivery on a Thursday and pick up following Thursday, so paid for 8 days. Friday the bin is still there. It is on the driveway and blocking access to our garage which we need for the weekend. I called 3 times on Friday to have the bin removed and was told each time they could not guarantee it would be picked up on Friday. "If the driver isn't there by 4 it would be picked up early next week.

We are in the process of renovating and need access to the house via the garage for our trades some of whom are arriving 7am Saturday ...read more

After hire a bin and been dropped in difficult spot to load 5 days after pick up date still sitting there full calling and been told we will pick it up when we want to there no help and need work on fix there way of dealing with people

I strongly advise against using this company. My very specific instruction on where to place the bin were completely ignored, resulting in it being put on our brand new aggregate driveway where it blocked my daughter's car in the garage all weekend! Calls to have it moved resulted in the receptionist telling us nothing could be done until Monday (it was Saturday morning). As we were worried about damaging our driveway, and as the owner refused to help, or even return phone calls, we had to put the bin onto timber planks ourselves, as the only time we had available to use the bin was the weekend being full-time workers. Absolutely appalling service and were treated with utter disregard when we tried to get help.
