First the good stuff: This shop is a one stop shop for all uniforms. Now the bad: Front counter staff quite unfriendly from the get go. I then had to return items. The service then turned from unfriendly to rude. I stuck to my guns because I believed I was in the right. The garment quality was poor and my boss had paid a lot of money for my uniforms. After a month I gave up dealing with the store direct and went direct to the supplier. Finally a helpful and friendly State Mgr intervened and had replacement uniforms sent to me within the week. I sent him a note of thanks for his assistance.
