Tow

Well between Kat the very friendly telephonist & Paul the very friendly tow truck driver I was back home with my vehicle in no time at all, way beyond the estimated time given.
You're both tops in your field of work.
Thank you for turning what began as a bad experience for me into a good one.
The friendly & helpful service I recieved from these dear people was the best I could possibly have asked for & I would without any doubt, highly recommend them to to anyone requiring their assistance.

absolutley abismal service has my car towed thought it was going to be about 200 but they charged 430 for the original quote when i rang back up to pay they then proceeded to try and charge 500 there was no visible signage in the carpark when i questioned this they said i should searched for the signs they are rude at best and predatory towing comes to mind when i think of this company

Had my car towed and had to get it out of impound had to pay $430 to release my vehicle which had no visible signage in the carpark would of been happy to pay what I thought was going to be around $200 but double that is just ridiculous especially for 40 minutes of parking. Once I contacted absolutely rude and worst customer service I have ever received i had to hang up a few times as it was just plain rude to speak to any customer like they were doesn't matter if your car got towed or you are after a service speak to everyone equally

They came up in a Google search for being "cheap" and "ready now". Well in fact I had to pay more than other quotes and the call taker told me it would take an hour. I was happy with that. Although it took much much longer. In fact very close to 2 hours. I called to follow up twice and both times she said the driver was "10 minutes away". Wasn't the case.
My half star only goes to the genuine service from the driver. The rest was not worth using again or referring.

Got my car from A to B with out any dramas great service and amazing prices! Can service all of Queensland too!
