My partner and I bought a car here recently. All in all they got us over the line, we got our car and left relatively happy. However, the road was certainly bumpy. There was some financial bullying and some slightly inappropriate incessant calling. However, we were offered a few add ons to make up for this and it would've worked if we weren't harassed after the fact to give a higher rating on their customer survey, on which we were merely honest. I have heard bad things about City Toyota and unfortunately our experience was mostly negative with the exception of one or two staff members. But, we got our car, we love it and hopefully don't have to return.
