Under new ownership and mamangenent for a few years now, they have really changed things for the better. Great selection of toys, great staff, nicely presented shop, a great experience for the kids! Will return

I have been shopping from this store for over 20 years and was really disappointed with the customer service I received today. I rang to check a product was in stock that I saw on their website. I was told it was in stock, so went in with my 7 year old son who had saved his pocket money to purchase a scooter, only to be told when I got in that the scooter was a different colour to the website so $20 more expensive. The owner would not match the price, even though I was told it was cheaper on their website and also Toyworld website had the same scooter and same colour advertised for $20 cheaper too. Apparently they pick and choose which catalogues they will do specials from. Also, while I was in store noticed a sign saying they would not usually refund for change of mind, which I don't like as hard when purchasing presents for other people's kids and they may already have something.

Very negative experience in this store! After purchasing 8 items for $140 I needed to return two of them and was told that they do not refund purchases due to store policy. Will never be coming back here again.

I went to Toyworld Fremantle and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and found just what I was looking for. They have a great range of toys and I will definitely be back!

I called to find a toy, they said yes we have it. I said ok I will be there in 10 mins. Got there only to be told they are out of stock. So they didn't even bother looking. Very poor will never go back!!
